1. Using Of Professional Format.
A job application letter should be as professional as possible, it’s different from an email sent to a friend or a co-worker. It advised to also use a professional and a traditional font like New Times Romans with the font size, not more than 10 to 12. It should be aligned in the left with a one-inch margin also it should contain single spacing. Make sure it’s more than one page. The first impression an employer will get of you is from your application letter, so take your time and put in your best, and also make it as brief as possible.
Make sure you put your heading in a professional way. Your heading must contain both your information and that of the company’s e.g. name, address, phone number, email, and so on. If the application letter is sent via email, then you don’t need your name and contact information instead put it at the end of the letter.

When your heading is okay it will make it easier for the hiring manager to give you a follow-up concerning the job.
When making research try to find out the name of the person reviewing your application form. And then you address him/her with “Dear Mr/Mrs” and the person’s last name. In case you are not able to get the person’s name use “Dear Ma/Dear Sir” If you are not still able to know the gender, then use “Dear [the person last name] or Dear Hiring Manager”.
4. Body Of The Letter.
The body of the letter is subdivided into three forms
In the first paragraph: You will talk about what post you are applying for and where you see the vacancy notice.
In the other paragraph(s): This is the most important part of the letter. You will share all the information you have gathered about what the employer is looking for. Tell them about Your goal and how you w are going to be of help to them.
In the last paragraph: The last paragraph is like the conclusion. where you thank the employer. You can also add follow-up information.
5. Complimentary Close.
Sign off the letter with nice closes like “Best” or “sincerely” and a comma “,” followed by your full name.
